DJ Kdam was born in France in 1982 and has lived in Cambodia since 2005 – first in Sihanoukville and now Kampot.
He’s played in Sihanoukville at Freax bar, Rasta baby, Utopia amongst others and also in Phnom Penh at Equinox with Dub Addiction, Gobshite and at Monsoon Underground.
He says about himself “I grew up between the hip hop and graffiti culture and the Free party movement ( DnB, Hardtek, Hardcore). My musical style is always evolving. When I came to Cambodia, I focused on the Khmer music with the help of bands like Klapyahandz… My style is definitely Old School…”
