After owning a nightclub in Sri Lanka, Achaya moved to Cambodia in 2008 and was appalled by the lack of house music in Phnom penh’s nightclubs, and made it his personal mission to promote House music in the city. He Adopted pontoon in the early days and did a regular house night on saturdays as has since been pontoon’s longest resident Dj.
He founded Dancin mantis records a collective for house music in 2009 which was to bring new flavours of house music and electronica to the Penh and the dancin mantis monthly nights at pontoon are some of the most eagerly awaited nights for house music aficionados.
Achaya brings a eclectic blend of techy, earthy beats mixed with natural sounds and indian and arabic influences to his mix
He has shared the DJ booth with the likes of, Diplo, Major lazer, Aaron ross, Nakadia, and house legend Bert Bevans….after Gigs all over S.E Asia…Achaya promises to keep your feet tapping.
CAMBO DISCO CLUB
Cambo Disco Club aka Lorenz Gaimard & Pierre-Marin Perrez is the association of two best mates from France.
Pierre and Lorenz met 5 years ago when they started their studies in French Brittany. The two quickly became friends by discovering their common love of the music. Pierre, who has been Djing from the age of 15 introduced Lorenz to the world of mixing.
As a matter of fact, Pierre has been evolving in the Djing and party promoting in the south of France with his collective “La Big Famila” and is still organizing every year “La Calypso”, a beach festival hosting big names from Hip Hop, Garage and House music.
Lorenz came from a classical piano and guitar background with a rock band for 5 years. However, the electronic music scene always fascinated him from his youth with names as James Holden or Laurent Garnier.
Meeting again in Cambodia, Pierre & Lorenz came to the conclusion that mixing music together was the only solution since their tastes and vision of music was just the same. In October 2014, Cambo Disco Club was born ready to spread the love for the music through soul, funk, disco, house and techno.

Signed to two of the biggest record labels in dance music, Axwell’s massive Axtone Records imprint and top dutch label Spinnin Records! You can safely say Matt Caseli is on all the right roads to rocking the globe! He is the longest serving resident at one of the worlds top 5 venues Pacha Ibiza and when you consider his achievements over the last decade, it is hard to deny he’s a DJ who’s been in the right places, at the right parties! Having just marked his 15th year at the world renowned Pacha Ibiza, Matt can proudly stake claim to having played each and every one of those summers for some of the biggest and best club nights ever founded in club land from Subliminal, Def Mix, Ministry Of Sound, Release Yourself, Defected, Renaissance, David Guetta’s F*** Me I’m Famous, and most recently world dominators The Swedish House Mafia!
Yet this longstanding association with Pacha has not kept him shackled to the brands flagship club on The White Isle, but instead has seen him flung to the skies with regular appearances at a number of their other legendary cherry baring venues across the globe. Whether it’s rocking South America with sets at Pacha Buzios (Rio De Janiero) or Pacha Manuas (Amazon) to having the dancefloors of Pacha London and Pacha Switzerland gripped in a grooving spell, Matt Caseli’s mark as a Pacha resident is one that is permanently etched into the memories of its clubbers every time he takes to the decks. No wonder then that they recently bestowed upon him a second residency that has seen him join the DJ team at the new ultra chic Pacha Moscow.
But his story doesn’t start with Pacha. In fact his opening gambit in the scene came working under his real name Matt Orr, where working as a producer for London Records he wrote, produced and remixed rave legend Baby.D and the bands Top 40 UK chart anthem ‘I Need Your Loving’ and Gold selling album ‘Deliverance’. Peaking at #3 in the UK singles chart, ‘I Need Your Loving’ was the early catalyst needed to launch Matt’s career as a full time producer in the urban scene. What followed were several more hits in the underground scene before a bold decision saw him breakaway from Drum & Bass to pursue a sound closer to his own heart – house music.
