DJ JOE SOUL – Portugal/Bangkok
His passion for House and Disco comes from the late 90’s as Doorman at the legendary 31 Club in Porto (Portugal) interacting with International guest DJs like Jazzanova, Todd Terje, Kruder & Dorfmesiter, Moodyman, Osunlade, Gilles Peterson, Tensnake, Todd Terry, Carl Craig and Dixon, among many others.
This close contact with the scene ignited his love for the music, also granting him access to special musical education from the world’s finest.
After 2 decades of collecting music, learning the craft, plus playing private parties, relocated to Thailand and decided to finally enter the professional DJ circuit
Since then has been playing as guest and resident at some of the most prestigious venues in Bangkok, such as the famous skybars Octave and Scarlett, plus many others like Le Isaan, Cinema Winehouse, Bronx, Whisgars among other private and corporate events.
Since last year was invited to be the local resident DJ for the No Problem Disco international events, that after touring 18 countries have restarted monthly events in the city, having him playing alongside founder DJ Jack Malipan and other international guests.
