Cambodia Underground Club Guide 25th April 2014

After a quiet Khmer New Year, the Cambodian club scene is back once again – as the High season dies, things will no doubt quieten down in the summer (and the PPUG crew will be travelling away from Phnom Penh for the summer) but there is still going to be a healthy scene going on – building on the foundation that has sprung up in the last year.

So lets have a look at this weekend – too many nights to mention here, so we’re going to concentrate on the one-off nights – for the full line-up with all the fantastic regular nights, check our events calendar

Following on from their excellent event in January, the event on May 3rd promises to be bigger and even better, with a stellar dj lineup. As to where its going to be, we can only guess – the only hints we have are that the recommended items to bring with you are: Towel, Swim Suit, Sun Glasses, Cash Money (NO ATM), Flip-flops, Change of clothes, bag/backpack to put all this in.

My moneys on it being on an enormous artificial pool that’s been especially constructed in the middle of the Mekong by giant robots – but I could be wrong….

The only way to find out will be on the day! Keep checking at https://www.facebook.com/events/549220381860354/

As I said at the top, loads of great events happening this weekend – for more details, check our events calendar and remember – keep it underground

PS – A blast from the past  – 20 years ago if you can believe it! – but with a vibe that we totally need to bring to the Phnom Penh club scene in 2014….the sounds of Mickey Finn at the Jungle SoundClash in 1994rewind my selectah!
